If you are really SERIOUS about growing and/or improving your business, Dave takes on only four clients per year for his program. Each client is served by Dave himself-not a hired coach. And this program is not about personal coaching. It is not available for loan officers but for those who own a company or run a branch or division within a company.
Dave will look at long-term issues such as goals and direction. He will also address short-term adjustments to increase profitability, lower stress levels and possibly increase personal production (if that is a goal). The cost of program will depend upon the size of the organization. It will include other benefits such as class and management conference attendance.
